Typical Properties

Overview

Water-based inks that offer superior printablilty on a variety of paper and paperboard products. They are designed for flexographic presses and are suitable for Tyvek® applications with specific formulation. They have excellent resolubility, can be formulated for heat and rub resistance, and are available in base colors or shaded to specific color copy.

Aquatite inks are designed for treated paper, paperboard, and Tyvek®. They are not suitable for direct corrugation.

Proper Handling and Storage

Aquatite coatings have a six month shelf life in a closed container, when stored between 50-90° F. Protect from freezing.

These products should be mixed before each use.

Clean-up aided by spray detergent.

Slow drying time with small percentage of glycol ethers.
